Climate & Energy Regional Organizer
Based in Mesa or Garfield County, this role focuses on engaging communities across Western Colorado on key issues such as oil and gas development, carbon management, and other critical climate and energy challenges.

Competitive Salary: $40,000–$47,000 annually, depending on experience.
Comprehensive Benefits: Group health insurance (including dental and vision), a generous paid time-off package, retirement contributions, professional development opportunities, and eligibility for a sabbatical after five years.

Harmony Acres is hiring for a Development Director!
Join a fun, successful, and passionate team in making the world a better place for people and animals!
Pay Range: $47,840-$60,008 annually or $23-$28.85 hourly, DOE, health benefits available
Part time or full time options available, prefer 30-40 hours per week
Flexible work hours and work from home options available, must live within reasonable driving distance of the Mesa County community
We are looking for someone who has:
-A proven history of excellent relationship-building and -maintaining
-Excellent communication skills and leadership ability
-A passion for our mission statement "To create a place where people and animals come together for the purpose of healing."
-High ethical standards, time management skills, and good personal/work life boundaries
-Wants to be a lead member of a passionate, successful team, which furthers Harmony Acres mission through donor tracking and development, community outreach and partnerships, fundraising events, marketing tools (traditional media, social media, emails, newsletters, etc), and more.
